Shipping & delivery
Yes. We ship our spices from Nedumkandam in Idukki, Kerala — right where they are grown — to addresses across India. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm serviceability for your PIN code. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for remote PIN codes, depending on the courier. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on your delivery address and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — so there are no surprises after you place the order.
Sign in and go to My Account → Orders to see the live status of every order. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will also receive the courier tracking details so you can follow it to your doorstep.
Freshness is everything with spices. Green cardamom, black pepper, clove and cinnamon are packed in sealed, food-grade pouches soon after processing to lock in their natural oils and aroma, then boxed securely for transit. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight after opening.
Payments
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. Your full payment details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
The payment options available for your order, including whether Cash on Delivery is offered for your delivery address, are shown at checkout. All prepaid options — UPI, cards and net banking — are accepted through Razorpay.
Yes. Checkout runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or banking passwords over phone or email — if anyone claiming to be Muzri does, please do not share them and report it to us.
Products, returns & orders
Our green cardamom, black pepper, white pepper, clove and cinnamon are single-origin spices sourced directly from farmers in the Idukki high ranges of Kerala — India's historic spice country. They are grown and processed without artificial colours, polish or preservatives, and buying direct means farmers get a fair price for their harvest. Our spices are grown to certified-organic standards.
Because spices are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used packs for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped — sign in, open My Account → Orders and raise a cancellation, or write to us with your order number. Once the parcel is dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse it at the doorstep.
